Mabry Mill is the most visited location on the Blue Ridge Parkway due to its rustic nature and beauty. We arrived in the early afternoon, allowing us time to explore different angles before the nice lighting hit. This image is the result of a technique known as a focus stack where two images are blended together. This enabled me to keep both the fence in the foreground and the mill in the background in focus.
